At Polaroid Eyewear, we want you to see the world clearly and comfortably; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your frames within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the protective case and microfiber cloth.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to the original packaging.

  Pack and Ship

  Ensure the eyewear is safely tucked inside its hard case to prevent damage during transit, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned frames, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
